Class hours: 3.0 Lecture Prerequisite: FREN 102 or equivalent with a grade of Pass or "C" or higher. This course gives the student practice in speaking and understanding current French as used in travel, in the home, in school, in business and in everyday life. Emphasis is placed upon vocabulary, idioms, and language patterns fundamental to an active and practical use of French. This course is recommended for all French majors. Transfer Credit: CSU; UC
