Class hours: 3.0 Lecture This course is a comprehensive overview of early childhood inclusion as it applies to children from birth to age eight. It offers a broad study of early childhood special education as it relates to inclusion. The course will cover federal and state laws and regulations, terminology and definitions, appropriate practices and interventions, behavioral issues, family support and guidance and "whole child/whole family" approach to inclusion success.
