Class hours: 3.0 Lecture/2.0 Laboratory Prerequisite: CIS 103 or equivalent with a grade of Pass or "C" or higher. This is a basic course in applying the principles of data processing to standard business applications. The Report Program Generator language will be used, with emphasis on report preparation and file organization. The class introduces the student to CODE/400, a client-server pc-based application development environment; Operations Navigator, a graphical user interface used to create, change and maintain iSeries/400 objects; and also to the Integrated Language Environment (ILE).
