Class hours: 3.0 Lecture This is an introductory course focusing on the leadership skills and responsibilities required of supervisors in industry, business, and government agencies. Topics to be explored will include effective communication practices, training, and evaluation of employees, management systems organization, and delegation of responsibilities. Designed for in-service supervisors and pre-supervisor education, this class offers the demonstration of leadership skills.
