Class hours: 3.0 Lecture Prerequisite: CDEC 112 or equivalent with a grade of Pass or "C" or higher. This course explores expressive visual arts experiences for children. The major focus will be on documenting and assessing the learning and thinking process of children and how it develops through exploration, discovery, and the creation of images, using a variety of art materials. This course meets the Department of Social Services Classification Indicator DS3.
