3 credits quarters: F This course is designed to teach the student basic technical principles and mathematical calculations of image production. The student will also obtain a basic knowledge of how x-radiation is produced and used in diagnostic medical radiography and what radiation safety measures can be taken to minimize exposure. Prerequisite: MATH 095 and admission to the Radiologic Sciences Program.
