2 credits quarters: S Advanced softball skills and techniques course that meets on a daily basis during spring quarter only; softball rules, their interpretation and application; organized and officiated contests on a regular basis. The student will participate in an organized, educational community service event to assist in instructing developmental athletes techniques and skills. Flexible schedule is necessary as class meets daily, some evenings, and weekends. Prerequisite: High school or summer program experience in organized softball and permission of instructor.
