Topics discussed include decision making, time management, delegation of care, conflict management, and legal aspects of nursing practice. The concepts of communication, legal/ethical issues, leadership, and safety are integrated throughout as a means of promoting effective patient care. Prerequisite: NRSE 210 and 211, and concurrent enrollment in or successful completion of NRSE 220.
