5 credits quarters: W This is the second in a related series of courses that focuses on the use and study of American Sign Language (ASL). This course expands the emphasis on ASL grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, non-manual behavior, and deaf culture, providing students the opportunity to develop and use their language in both receptive and expressive modes.
