Through this process, they will learn to write clear, unified, coherent essays following conventions of written English. They also will develop their critical thinking through reading, writing, and discussion. They will support their ideas with evidence and will be introduced to MLA documentation. A grade of S in ENGL 075 is required to enter ENGL& 101. Prerequisite: YVCC placement into ENGL 075 or ENGL 070 with a grade of S
