2 credits quarters: F, W, S This course gives students the opportunity for crosscultural experience and comparative studies while learning about and interacting with ethnic communities. The focus is on the cultures of Native Americans, African Americans, Mexican Americans, and Asian Americans. The class is conducted in a seminar format with an interdisciplinary approach. It will emphasize crosscultural research, and students will produce a project based on independent investigation.
