This course includes water safety practices for home, ponds, beaches, and public swimming facilities, proper swim instruction techniques for all ages and abilities, and development of new swimming strokes and skills. Upon completion, students will be certified in standard first aid, adult CPR and life guarding. Prerequisite: Advanced swimming skills.
