Crystallographic, kinetic and thermodynamic analysis of enzyme catalysis, and modern methods in rational design and directed evolution of enzyme structure and function. Recommended for biochemistry, biology, agriculture and forensic science students requiring sophisticated knowledge of biocatalysis. Spring of even years. Course fee $22.
