Prerequisite: 3374 or consent of instructor. Characteristics of feedstuffs used in livestock enterprises. Nutrient requirements of livestock. Manual and computer diet formulation; and nutritional management of beef and dairy cattle, sheep, goats, swine, horses, poultry and other animals. Methods of grain, protein supplement, and forage evaluation and processing. Course fee $15.
