This capstone course focuses on the importance and development of strategic planning, program planning, program management, and strategic alliances. Development of long range plans and the aspects involved in plan management. In addition, evaluation of goals, programs, and strategic plans of an individual organization and its evaluation of the plans of other groups. Special attention to research techniques for gathering information. Part of the course is a seminar with either general or non-profit emphasis.
