Requires students to work 4-6 hours per week within a church, agency, or other non-profit organization setting that is relevant to the student's chosen track. Using the site as a "working lab," the course guides learning intime management, communication, conflict management, office administration, and other organizational issues. Students are placed in predetermined sites that meet departmental requirements. Prerequisite: Must be taken concurrently with coursework in student's chosen track.
