Students study interpersonal concepts and practice techniques to enhance personal and professional communication. The course content includes such topics as verbal and nonverbal communication, gender and cultural differences, critical thinking, effective listening, assertiveness training, and confl ict management. The course focuses on understanding others and self-improvement.
