Prerequisite: RNSG 1301, 1215, 1327, 1162 Co-requisite: RNSG 1343 This course is a health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to continue to apply theory, skills, and concepts of professional nursing in structures healthcare settings in the care of adult clients/families with complex medical-surgical health care needs associated with each body system. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional in the care of adult clients in acute care settings. The concepts of communications, caring, community and critical thinking are used throughout the course.
