Prerequisite: None Fees: None Note: Formerly ENGL 0310 Emphasizes writing effective sentences. For students who need to improve their basic skills in grammatical usage, capitalization, punctuation, spelling, division of words into syllables, vocabulary, functions of words and sentence structure. This course cannot be substituted for any part of the regular English curriculum. A student in English 0300 must earn a passing grade before being permitted to take English 0301 or 0311. This course does not include a laboratory component.
