Survey of all phases of theater including its history, dramatic works, stage techniques, production procedures, and relation to the fine arts. Participation in major productions may be required. A survey of the fields of theater employment designed to provide introductory knowledge. Equal time and attention is given to each of the phases of the entertainment business: Performing, Directing, Producing, Managing, Costuming, Make-up, Scenery, Lighting and Sound.
