Decision making and problem solving processes in organizations, utilizing logical and creative problem solving techniques. Application of theory is provided by experiential activities such as small group discussions, case studies, and the use of other managerial decision aids. This is a capstone course that consolidates the student's learning experience and should only be taken during the last semester before graduation. Three lecture hours per week.
