CTD 103 - Advanced Operations

(Prerequisite: CTD 101, CTD 102) Advanced operations focuses on developing skills under actual road conditions. The classroom part of the course stresses following safe operating practices. On the road, safe operating practices are integrated into the development of driving skills. Students drive a total of 750 documented, over-the-road miles with a minimum of 44 hours of behind the wheel training. Note: State law requires that whenever a vehicle is operated on public roads, an instructor must be present in the truck while a student is driving.
