This class is basic preparation for new peace officers. This course should be taken in conjunction with Basic Peace Officer I, III, and IV to satisfy the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCLEOSE) approved Basic Peace Officer Training Academy. SPC’s Police Academy License Number is 511249. Semester Hours: 5 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 8 Note: All students must complete academy application processes. Admission to South Plains College does not guarantee admission to the police academy.
