This course is a study of structural systems including concrete foundations and frames, wood framing and trusses and structural steel framing systems. The course includes detailing of concrete, wood and steel to meet industry standards including the American Institute of Steel Construction and The American Concrete Institute. Semester Hours: 3 Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 4 Pre-requisite: ARCH 1315 or DFTG 1309 or ENGR 1304 and DFTG 2300 or with consent of instructor.
