This course provides an analysis of major sources of liability loss exposures and examination of the insurance coverage designed to meet those exposures. Topics include premises and operations, products and completed operations, contractual and protective liability, employer liability, surety bonds, and an exploration of tort and agency law as they relate to loss exposures involving third party claimants.
