This course is designed to be a public speaking preparatory course for non-native speakers of English. The focus is to develop the skills necessary in a formal speaking situation as well as teach techniques used to deal with speaking anxiety. This course should be taken after SPCH 0302 or with departmental permission and before entering the SPCH 1311 course required for most degree plans.
