The course is designed to provide an overview of regulatory agencies involved in occupational health and safety and their functions in the enforcement of regulation and/or compliance of safety laws. Specific Georgia/OSHA Laws will be discussed. Tools to effectively access the work place environment and strategies to achieve compliance and safety will be emphasized. Introduction of potential hazards and safety concerns will be reviewed.
