This course in nursing jurisprudence and ethics emphasizes personal and professional responsibility. Study of the laws and regulations related to the provision of safe and effective professional nursing care. Prerequisites: BIOL 2401, 2402 and 2420; ENGL 1301, 3 credit-hour computer elective OR MATH 1314; RNSG 1215 and 1311. This course is part of the Upward Mobility Nursing Program.
