(4-3-3) This Process Troubleshooting course applies a six step troubleshooting method for solving and correcting operating problems. The focus is on malfunctions as opposed to process design or configuration improvements. Data from the instrumentation is used to determine the cause for the abnormal conditions in an organized and regimented way. Instruction in the different types of troubleshooting techniques, procedures, and methods used to solve process problems.
