(4-3-3) Physical Geology is the study of the physical processes that influenced the formation and development of Earth. Special emphasis is placed on the characteristics of common minerals, rocks, and their structures. This course is designed for a variety of students, including geology majors and non-majors. It satisfies the basic science requirement for upper level courses. Prerequisite: Eligibility to enroll in READ 0308. Laboratory fee $25. (4006015403).
