A field placement in a church, a community ministry ( including chaplaincy ministries), or a cross-cultural ministry (domestic or foreign) setting that provides practical field experiences to which the student will apply and test the knowledge gained from the classroom. This is offered any regular semester, based on placement availability, but arrangements for the internship must be made during the semester prior to enrollment. Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing and the consent of the Dean of the School of Christian Studies. social studies
