Topics include: the roots of ethics, traditional and contemporary definitions of good, personal values, moral development, ethics in the workplace, the ethical orientation of organizations, ethics and society, managerial ethics and the rule of law, managerial ethics and normative philosophy, managerial ethics and individual decision making, and managerial ethics and organizational design.
