Prerequisite: Admission to Teacher Education. This course is intended primarily to provide a forum for future instructors of foreign language/cultures/literatures to engage intellectually with the essential issues in language methodology and second language acquisition. It is the objective of this course to prepare the students in the foreign language education major for reflective teaching and to equip them with the necessary critical perspectives on language learning and teaching in grades P-12.
