Goal To facilitate thinking and development regarding psychological issues and concerns as they relate to daily life. Combines educational aims (key issues in awareness, personality) with therapeutic aims (self-discourse, decision-making). Content Psychological concepts of adjustment are applied using an experiential model. Increased awareness of self and others and facilitation of choice in your own life based on this awareness are central components. Taught Fall, Spring. Gen. Ed. Category Critical thinking.
