To provide an opportunity to conduct independent laboratory research and learn new techniques. Content Directed independent work of a scholarly nature. Emphasis on research methods. Taught Upon request of student, with approval of sponsoring faculty. Prerequisites BIO 110, 112, and 203, and permission of department chair. Credit 1-6 hours.
