Prerequisite: full admission into Teacher Education for The Holistic Child Program. The Curriculum-Based Assessment course provides teacher education candidates the fundamental knowledge and skills to select, create, and implement forms of assessment (both formal and informal) that are developmentally appropriate, diagnostically reliable, and educationally sound. The emphasis of the course is on classroom assessment of the whole child in inclusive P-5 settings.
