Prerequisites: EDUC 220, 256, 357, 360, and full admission status. This course addresses science content, process skills, attitudes, and real-world applications which are developmentally appropriate for middle grades science instruction. Effective planning and teaching strategies which incorporate integrated and interdisciplinary approaches, technology, literature, and multi-cultural education are combined with the theories of learning.
