Prerequisite: BIO 212. A systematic study of photosynthetic organisms, including unicellular and multicellular protistans, bryophytes, seedless vascular plants, and seed plants. May include study of fungi. Emphasis is placed on anatomy, morphology, physiology, and evolutionary relationships. A library research paper is required. A lecture and laboratory course.
