This course is designed for senior Human Resources students. It acts as a capstone course, and is conducted as a seminar. Current issues in the field of Human Resources will serve as the springboard for discussion and research. Students will have the opportunity to engage others in their field, and the instructor, in a collegial atmosphere designed to stimulate an appreciatioon and thorough understanding of the issues in the field.
