Goal To examine comprehensively the role of law and legal practice in the American business environment. Content Exploration of the differences between private and public law and also the differences between substantive and procedural law, with an emphasis on understanding the linkages between different areas of business law. Specific attention to such areas as classifications of legal subjects, the court system, dispute resolution, private law principles, public law, individual rights, business entities, and protection of society.
