Prerequisite: Media Development (3 credits) This course is an introduction to the digital 3D environment. Students apply the basics of film grammar, animation principles, and story development in creating 3D animations. Basic techniques in modeling, texturing, animation and rendering are taught. Camera movement, lighting, UV mapping, and simple rigging are also covered.
