This class is a road map to fitness. It takes people from their current level of fitness toward increased cardiovascular endurance, proper weight control, increased strength and flexibility. The principles of physical fitness will be careered thus enabling the student to remain active long after the class is over. Each student will be given a computerized fitness evaluation and prescription.
