Class participants should have the basic interpersonal communication skills. They will develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in an integrated manner that will foster cognitive English language acquisition. They will be able to participate in native English communication in limited environments. Prerequisite: initial CASAS/ESL appraisal test, ESL III placement or successful completion of ESL II .
