An introduction to Microsoft Outlook, a personal information management program used to efficiently communicate, schedule appointments and tasks, record information, and organize your files. Students will learn to use e-mail organization and manage messages, create and track tasks. Students will gather contact information in one locations, record appointments, set reminders, coordinate meetings and explore the Outlook environment. Prerequisite: Windows experience and keyboarding skills.
