This course is designed for people who are new to the Internet. The lessons give you information about the Internet and introduce the features of the most popular Internet browsers. Students will learn how to surf the World Wide Web, how to download and save information from the Internet, how to work with electronic mail, and Usenet Newsgroups. Students will work with Search Engines and learn how to define searches to successfully find the information desired. Prerequisite: Windows experience and keyboarding skills
