HU D.Kasunic A survey of the European musical tradition from the middle ages to modern times. Students will hear music by Monteverdi, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner, Stravinsky, Glass, among many others, developing both listening skills and an awareness of how music relates to the culture that fosters it. In addition to listening and reading, students will attend concerts and prepare written assignments.
