SO A.Neeren An examination of the fundamental issues and questions addressed by personality psychology, including: What is personality What are its underlying processes and mechanisms How does personality develop and change over time What constitutes a healthy personality This course will consider evidence from several major approaches to personality (trait, psychodynamic, humanistic, and social-cognitive), and it will encourage students to develop a dynamic understanding of human personality that is situated within biological, social, and cultural contexts.
