Readings include ancient Greek Philosophy (Plato's Phaedrus, Phaedi, and Republic and Aristotle's On the Soul,) modern European philosophy (Descartes Meditations and Mediations and Spinoza's Ethics), and contemporary postmodern and feminist philosophy (Foucault s The History of Sexuality and Irigaray s Speculum of the Other Women).
