Goal: An introduction to alternative processes in black and white photography. This course will expand the visual vocabulary by means of exploring diverse techniques in the production of photographic images. Content: This is a studio course with an introduction to the manipulation of materials and techniques of diverse photographic methods. The emphasis is on experimentation and the development of an expressive portfolio of original images. Prior photography experience is recommended. Taught: Spring. Gen. Ed.
