(6 credit/8 contact hours) Focuses on how to build and manage high-speed Ethernet networks. Also introduces the emerging Multilayer Switching technology and describes how it enhances performance and scalability in campus networks. Finally, the course explores how to manage traffic traversing the network. The student will be able to connect, configure, and troubleshoot the various elements of a campus network in an Ethernet environment.
